The Rossonian

One of the most iconic and historical buildings in Denver, The Rossonian Hotel will soon be revitalized in the heart of Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. Once one of the most famous jazz clubs in the West, the 107-year-old building will soon reopen as a boutique hotel, paying tribute to the rich legacy of the Rossonian story. As a co-developer on the project, Five Points Development Corporation is working with Urban Leadership Foundation and its CEO Dr. Ryan Ross to foster mentorships and local internships through the entirety of the project. We also are partnering with Junior Achievement on the project to support work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills locally.
